The scope of services will be defined and agreed upon in the service agreement signed between both parties.

All trademarks, logos, images, text, and other materials displayed on the website are owned by Marketing Kirya or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of any materials on this website may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Payment Terms

For any services provided by Marketing Kirya, payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and specified in the service agreement. Payments must be made in a timely manner, and any late payments may incur additional charges.

Monthly service packages require payments to be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or other approved payment methods. If any payment is delayed or declined, an administrative fee may be applied. More than three missed payments in a year may result in immediate termination of the service package.

There are no refunds for any fees related to monthly retainers, ad management fees, or ongoing service packages once the service period has commenced.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with one month’s prior written notice. If the client terminates an ongoing service package before the agreed term, they will be required to pay the remaining balance for the remaining months of the package.

Marketing Kirya reserves the right to terminate any ongoing service package or client agreement with prior written notice if terms are violated or payments are not made.

Ad Platform Policies

All campaigns run by Marketing Kirya on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads are subject to the respective platform’s advertising policies. Marketing Kirya will not be held responsible for any ad account suspensions, disapprovals, or restrictions imposed by Google, Meta, or any other third party platform.

Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation

During the course of our engagement, both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared business information, data, strategies, and reports. Additionally, both parties agree not to solicit or hire each other’s employees or team members during the term of the service agreement and for a period of 24 months thereafter, without prior written consent.

International Users

Marketing Kirya operates from India. We do not guarantee that the materials available on our website are appropriate or available for use outside India. If you access this website from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
