General Policy
All services provided by Marketing Kirya are non-tangible, customised, and strategy-based. As a result, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment
- No work has been started, including but not limited to:
- Strategy creation
- Account setup
- Website access or audits
- Keyword research
- Campaign setup
- Content creation
- Ads or tracking implementation
If work has already started, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:
- SEO Services (Local, National, or Ecommerce SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Meta Ads Management (Facebook and Instagram Ads)
- Consulting, Strategy, or Audits
- Content Creation (Blogs, Landing Pages, Ad Copies)
- Monthly Retainer Services
- One-time Setup Fees
- Discounted, Promotional, or Custom Packages
Performance-Based Expectations
Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including:
- Competition and market conditions
- Client responsiveness and cooperation
- Website quality and landing page performance
- Ad budget limitations
- Algorithm and platform policy changes by Google and Meta
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, lead volumes, or revenue, and lack of expected results does not qualify for a refund.
Early Termination of Services
If a client chooses to cancel services after work has begun:
- No refunds will be provided for payments already made
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- Any outstanding invoices must be cleared before termination is processed
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of agreement. In case of chargebacks:
- All services will be immediately suspended
- Access to ad accounts, reports, and all shared resources may be revoked
- Legal action may be pursued if fraudulent intent is identified
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Technical issues caused solely by our team before work initiation
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
